The vision behind your strategy, to do the unglamorous
but essential work of creating patient sample collections that can be a
resource to investigators coming at MS from different directions, shows a
real understanding of some of the obstacles to making progress in this
difficult area.
Arthur January 2006
On this, the second anniversary of my MS diagnosis, my goal is to thank those
who have helped me navigate the treacherous waters of the last two years. So,
thank you, Boston Cure Project and all of you who make it such a valuable
resource.
I discovered the Boston Cure Project fairly early on. You have been a
steady and reliable source of information and support, without much of
the anecdotal and simplistic fluff much of it just plain wrong
that I have seen elsewhere. I also appreciate the fact that the Boston
Cure site is logically designed and easy to navigate. I also look
forward to the Daily Headlines - this is a great service.
Catherine January 2006
I think that you guys are doing an awesome job!

Last night i had the opportunity to read the publication, "You have MS,
what's next?"
It is excellent and very well done. I wish I had known of it when [my
daughter] was diagnosed. It gets to the point without being sad,
depressed or emotional I guess is what I feel.
Good job to all of you who worked on it. Thank you.

Since, I have been waiting for your news letter, translating the
articles into French to my parents and really enjoying the joyful
spirit of your organization.
Of course, there are some French organisations fighting against MS but
my family appreciates (i) the program of the Accelerated Cure project
and (ii) its very American "do it yourself" point of view.

I just want you to know that I get more MS related news quicker by
using your site. I think I check it daily. I believe I have more

just wanted to thank you for your efforts. I really appreciate it.
Rick

A friend sent me an article about the Boston Cure Project and I've
found it to be the most helpful resource so far, mainly because of the
data and links about treatment...
Tanya
October 2004
My second reason for e-mailing you is that (1) it is no secret that
your website is one of the best sites online (especially for news)...
We volunteers for MRF, have often spoken of you, your site and the
blood/tissue bank with the highest regard. In the MS community, you
and Boston Cure are quickly recognized.
Diana

July 2004
I applaud your efforts to unravel the MS mystery. Finally someone is
taking the needed approach of starting from square one, deciphering
the voluminous amount of research that has already been done to
identify trends, correlations, connections and missing links. This is
exciting news to me.
Many thanks again for developing such a project that (finally) starts
with the correct premise, investigating MS from the ground up, and
turning an eye to existing research while always thinking of the "big"
picture. I am so happy to hear of your project, and I certainly wish
you much success, and can't wait to read your discoveries that are
unearthed in your massive undertaking.
Debi
July 2004
Your approach to find a cure for MS is not only brilliant but
exciting, and I'm wondering if your cure map will include areas
outside of Boston and the continental US.
Rita
July 2004
I approve of what you are doing. It is good to see that there is an
organization with some form of plan regarding this terrible disease. I
like the fact that there is an actual scientific method in place to
see what the hell causes this.
Thomas
June 2004

I was so impressed with the annual report (contents, especially) that
it made my eyes fill up. Good grief. You guys knock my socks off
with all that you do, as well as the ways in which you do it. I feel
so strongly that you are approaching this crazy and mysterious illness
in the absolute perfect way. So professional, so intelligent, so
systematic.
Lisa
April 2004
I'm really impressed with your approach to this disease and how you're
running the organization... But you've managed to weave a very
objectivist approach into your nonprofit organization, and I applaud
that. Keep up the good work.
Jeremy

You Boston Cure folks sure know the meaning of effective effort.
You've contributed so much to advance the cause in such a short time,
it is just shy of a miracle. Your friend... was as right as anyone
ever could be when he said "When I first heard that Oh, Art was
creating and running an organization for MS research, I thought,
"Good, it'll be cured."...What a privilege for our entire family it is
to be associated w/you and your fine feathered colleagues...
Nancy

She wanted to thank us all very strongly for everything that we're
doing, from the big stuff like trying to cure MS to little things like
having the MS Primer available as a solid reference. So, from

Anastacia
July 2003
I can honestly say that there is now, finally, a way of tackling this
disease efficiently, intelligently, and in a systemized and organized
fashion, the only way it should and will be tackled. As another of
many individuals living with this insidious disease, I gather enormous
comfort from that. I'm so grateful to Art's efforts and the efforts
of his small organization, which is largely garnished with fine
volunteers. His tenacity and spirit are immeasurable Think: a
pit-bull with heart on a merciful mission.
Lisa
July 2003

dear to my heart am so happy to find your site and hope all the plans
for your project go smoothly. It is nice to see an organization
dedicated to understanding the complexities of MS and bringing
together research that has been so far only narrowed to one aspect of
the disease. Thank you. I wish you much success.
Sally
